Online reputation management is a growing practice as we recently reported and is becoming increasingly easy as search engines and social media networks develop tools and services to monitor, listen and interact with social network conversations.
One tool that I am finding exceptional for monitoring Twitter conversations is
Bing Tweets as for me personally the interface is one that works well for me.
Type in any brand or topic that you want to monitor and in the left hand panel the Tweet appears after a very short feed time. By combining Twitter updates and internet search, Bing provides a one stop solution that I am sure others will look to copy soon.
As a brand owner, this would give me an excellent opportunity to quickly react to recent conversations. With social media, response time is critical and managing your online reputation just got easier with this tool.
