Overall Role and Responsibilities:
|
Working with our new media marketing team planning, implementing and tracking PPC campaigns for a range of websites across a varied portfolio with a view to generating targeted traffic and increasing conversions. |
|
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
|
This is a new position within the organisation and you will be highly experienced in your field with a proven track record, and have the ability to help grow the paid search division of the business. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to grow with the business.
Duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients aid search campaigns in Google, MSN and Yahoo
- Client handover calls with the client and sales to discuss and plan campaigns
- Setup, implement, track and optimise PPC campaigns across several search engines and markets
- Keyword research, analysis and strategy
- Cost estimate and budget management
- AdCopy writing and testing
- Tracking Setup (including tracking codes generation, goals, and funnels setup)
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports and have monthly progress calls with clients
- Analyse CPC campaign performance and recommend next steps
- Responsible for; and targeted on the success of these PPC campaigns and client ROI
- Produce KPI reports
- Work closely with other teams within the organisation to ensure we deliver consistently across the board

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
|
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge of the search engine marketing industry
- Demonstrable experience in a PPC role gained from a search agency, or from working as a consultant or managing multiple in house campaigns but must involve high volume/ value campaigns
- You will be organised, determined and persistent
- As well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills you will have a strong customer service ethos and ability to build lasting relationships
- Some knowledge of internet and web development technologies HTML, XHTML, CSS would also be desirable
- You will have meticulous attention to detail and be a perfectionist with a very analytical mind, almost a mathematician
- Extensive knowledge of excel is essential
- In depth knowledge of Google analytics and Google adwords and other related tool kits
- An ability to consistently hit deadlines and exceed expectations

Remuneration and package:

- £20 – £25k based on skills and experience
