We are seeking an ambitious, inspirational and enthusiastic team leader to be responsible for the team hitting targets consistently, as well as training, mentoring and leading by example. 
 
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a Telesales Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Telesales Executives on a day to day basis, hitting your own sales targets & reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring targets are consistently achieved, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality control, and ensuring the team is compliant with all our company policies and procedures.

Your duties will include:

  • Consistently hitting your own sales target and leading by example – moved to the top
  • Carrying out daily briefing meetings and one to one coaching sessions
  • Maintaining team morale and motivation whilst providing clear, strong direction
  • Promoting and encouraging good account management practices
Key Qualifications and Attributes:

To be considered for this position you must have successful outbound Sales Call Centre team management experience. You should also possess demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a successful team to consistently achieve sales targets.
 
As the Telesales Team Leader you should possess keen time management and organisational skills.  A proven track record in achieving sales targets, strong leadership, people development and management skills are also essential, as is a strong commercial awareness.

Salary:

£22,000 - £28,000 Basic OTE £60,000 - £70,000 Uncapped
