To be considered for this position you must have successful outbound Sales Call Centre team management experience. You should also possess demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a successful team to consistently achieve sales targets.
As the Telesales Team Leader you should possess keen time management and organisational skills. A proven track record in achieving sales targets, strong leadership, people development and management skills are also essential, as is a strong commercial awareness.
