Safari 4 has recently been unveiled and is already causing quite a stir in the world of web browsing.
Figures from Apple have shown that there were 11 million downloads in the first four days of availability, proving that there is a real demand for Safari 4 and showing once again that Apple is a market leader of technology and innovations.
The Safari benefits include lightening speed and great features such as Full History Search, Top Sites and Cover Flow. However, one of the most exciting features from this new Safari release is the new Nitro JavaScript engine, which will improve JavaScript performance. It has been estimated that 6 million downloads have been from Windows users, with the other 5 million being from Mac0S X systems.
