Gap Launches UK e-commerce site

We recently reported how Gap UK dropped television advertising in favour of social media.

Gap UK have gone further to develop their online presence and are planning to launch a UK dedicated e-commerce store.

The US retailer has enjoyed continued sales growth online in the US and their UK site plans to have 3D graphics and store locator functionality. The launch coincides with their 40th anniversary and Gap will be running a 1969 related theme with exclusive clothing related to this key date in their history.
