Professional grade PPC management with WMG
PPC is just one of many weapons in the web marketer’s armoury and, when handled carefully, can be extremely effective. We never recommend that anyone should rely solely on PPC but, if it can be shown to profitably deliver new clients, it must have a place in the web marketing strategy.
Often clients only think in terms of Adwords but, even though the volume is much less, better conversions can be achieved from Yahoo and Bing. Whatever the eventual mix that gets the best returns, we will manage your campaigns right through from the targeting of the search phrases that matter most, all the way through to creating the adverts and reporting the actual results.
Standard Package - £100 per month (plus £150 set-up fee)
Key techniques and parameters that we’ll be working with you on are;
- Set up call questionnaire
- Search phrase selection – up to 100 search phrases (excluding search type) – maximum one Adgroup
- Google, Bing, Yahoo (same phrases)
- Match type (exact, phrase or broad)
- Maximum cost per click
- Daily and monthly budget
- Ad creative – evaluating and comparing with what competitors are using
- Ad rotation – standard or optimised
- Ad schedule – time of day
- Ad frequency – standard or accelerated
- Device availability – PCs or iphones and other mobile devices
- Geographic location – country, county, city
- Content network
- Quality scores to reduce click costs
- 24/7 monitoring and reporting is via the online reporting system which we will setup for you so you can access reports at any time
- Additional training support available at £50 per 30 minute slot
Charging. We will charge a minimum monthly management fee of £100 for budget spend up to £400 per month. Above budget spend of £400, the fee is 25% of the budget. There is a £150 set-up fee. The budget must be agreed and fixed for three months in advance and must be paid directly to the search engines by the client. Changing any parameters after set-up will incur a new set-up fee (this excludes normal adjustments made in the early part of the campaign).
Premium Package - £250 per month (plus £350 set-up fee)
Once a PPC campaign is established, there are further advanced techniques that can be used to get even more value from the PPC spend. Not surprisingly they take up more time, but that is amply repaid by the extra benefit.
The premium package contains all of the above, plus;
- Up to 500 keywords
- Up to 5 Adgroups
- Enhanced CPC bidding
- Cost per acquisition based bidding
- Conversion tracking to maximise sales or leads generated
Charging. We will charge a minimum monthly management fee of £250 for budget spend up to £750 per month. Above budget spend of £750, the fee is 30% of the incremental budget. There is a £350 set-up fee. The budget must be agreed and fixed for three months in advance and must be paid directly to the search engines by the client. Changing any parameters after set-up will incur a new set-up fee (this excludes normal adjustments made in the early part of the campaign).
Important notes: Minimum 6 month commitment period. Thereafter orders can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unless cancelled, orders will continue until notice is received. All prices and features are subject to revision without notice and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Set-up fees and the first month’s charges must be paid for by credit card when the order is placed; subsequent monthly payments will be taken by recurring credit card payments on the due date on the first of each month. The Client is purchasing a time-based service and making a booking of time in our production schedule. As such it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that any information, data or feedback required by WMG is made available when required, since refunds or credits cannot be given.
