Fly Me Now – a unique aircraft charter sourcing company.
The Brief
To design and build a market leading website that enables clients to plan and manage their private aircraft charter requirements anywhere in the world. The design of the site also needed to convey the professional, exclusive nature of the business through high-impact imagery, and also transmit the company’s strong customer service ethic throughout.
The Solution
We created an application that pulls together all of the company’s knowledge, contacts and expertise in a concise, user-friendly trip management console. The application accommodates all route planning and aircraft permutations with the aim of providing an accurate cost estimation for the trip, which when accepted is then automatically passed to a company specialist to generate a formal quote.
A typical enquiry on the Fly Me Now website allows users to define aircraft type, specify departure and arrival point, state passenger and crew numbers, calculate flight times, compare rates for different types of aircraft and view route maps and satellite imagery. A sophisticated content management suite allows the website administrators to manipulate each aspect of the site as and when required, and third parties such as airport representatives and pilots are also able to input key information relevant to prospective bookers.
Finally, to enhance customer service and ensure rapid response, an automated SMS system was integrated into the design to instantly alert ‘on call’ company representatives to new booking enquiries.
