Account Executive/Account Manager

Overall Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for account managing key client's online marketing campaigns, managing suppliers and ensuring results are delivered.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:
The Web Marketing Group is a digital marketing solutions company founded to help organisations get more from their internet activities. We offer a complete range of internet & marketing based products and services.

Our online marketing products help drive new visitors to our client's websites, thus increasing their brand awareness, sales and enquiries which in turn helps grow their business. Continued expansion means we are looking for an additional account manager/executive with some experience managing  multiple SEO/link building/PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a graduate who will integrate seamlessly into our existing team of 7, and "hit the ground running" with a hunger and enthusiasm to develop their skills and experience.

Duties will include

  • Managing a number of key client's accounts and associated budgets
  • Liaising with outsourced suppliers and ensuring quality control
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and compiling internal and external reports
  • Creating troubleshooting action plans and liaising with various internal departments and clients to ensure they are implemented
  • Maintaining a commercial overview of each client's campaign
  • Analysing client's websites/industry sectors and competitors, drawing conclusions from findings, making recommendations and creating standard and bespoke proposals.
  • Set up and manage multiple link building campaigns.
  • Keeping abreast of the industry's latest thinking and developments and advising the team of any changes or improvements which should be implemented.
  • Adapting campaigns to reflect possible changes on search engines and their algorithms and to new developments within the online marketing industry.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
This is a great opportunity for someone with some online marketing experience who is looking to specialise in search engine optimisation whilst working for an innovative online solutions group.

Ideal candidates will

  • Have some experience of managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Have some experience of SEO/link building/PPC management
  • Have excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Have good Internet skills
  • Be very articulate and literate
  • Be an advanced user of  Excel or other spreadsheet packages
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Be able to effectively manage own workload in an efficient manner.

Remuneration and package
£17 – 25k dependent of skills and experience
Quarterly bonus based on revenue targets
