Can I choose the colours and layout for my website?
Yes, you can. When you buy our basic package, you can choose from 30 different layouts and colour schemes.
Can I add more pages to my template?
Absolutely. Once you’ve chosen your template, just tell us how many pages you would like. You get three pages as part of the basic packages, and additional pages cost just £100 per page.
I already have a domain name – can I still use it?
Yes, although you will need to change your nameserver settings (DNS) for your domain name to our own settings, which are ns1.webeventseurope.co.uk and ns2.webeventseurope.co.uk. If you need help with this, just give us a call on 01423 529300.
Will my website be found by the search engines?
Our websites are all search-engine friendly and we optimise the structure and content to help you get found as soon as possible by the major search engines.
How fast can you get my website up and running?
Providing you send us the text and pictures you want to include as soon as possible, we can have your website ready in 7-14 days.
Do I have to pay for my template design each year?
No, your design fee is a one-off payment. Your only on-going cost is the monthly hosting fee.
Can I change how my website looks?
You can’t change the template design once you have chosen it, but you can add text, pictures and other features at any time. There may be an administrative or design cost for these changes.
