How do I set up a WebEvents show?
If you would like to set up a virtual exhibition to complement a live show or as a portal for your company’s products, just call us on 01423 529300 and we’ll explain the process to you.
How much work is involved for me?
You’ll need to complete a Stand Build Document that lets you choose exactly what sort of stand you would like and the elements you would like to include or display. Once we’ve received your form, we handle everything else for you.
How do I update my stand?
All update requests come through to the WebEvents team and we make the updates within 2 working days.
How many leads will I get?
Leads are largely dependent on the grade of stand you choose and how much content you add or update. If you keep your stand up-to-date and send content to the show editors for inclusion on the show’s homepage, you will attract more leads.
How qualified are the leads?
All the leads come from the show registration process, which is designed to qualify the leads as far as possible.
How do I get my leads?
When your stand goes live a member of the WebEvents team will send you a link to our dynamic online leads system together with your unique confidential login details. We will give you a guided tour of the facilities available with this software, which updates itself every 10 minutes, along with the best ways of managing and downloading your leads.
